1. The agreement
By creating an account or running an audit you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.
2. What the service does
Aidvio crawls a storefront you control, scores its pages, measures whether tracked answer engines cite your domain, and ranks the fixes. The crawl is read-only. Any rewrite Aidvio drafts requires your approval before it can reach your store.
3. What it does not promise
Search rankings and answer-engine citations are decided by third parties whose systems change without notice. We do not guarantee a ranking, a citation, or any commercial outcome. Scores are a measurement, not a forecast.
4. Your responsibilities
- Only submit domains you own or are authorised to audit.
- Do not use the service to crawl a third party you have no relationship with, beyond the competitor scoring the product provides.
- Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Plans, limits and payment
Each plan carries the product, prompt, rival, store and re-scan limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or yearly. Fees are exclusive of tax. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice, never mid-term.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at any time from the app; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate part-months. The free scan carries no card and no expiry.
7. Your data
You keep every right in your store content and your audit data. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you. Handling is described in the privacy policy.
8. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in the app.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
